Kwik Kar of McKinney

Came in for an oil change and communicated that was all I wanted done. They did not attempt to press or upsell me on anything. They said they would check fluids and let me know if anything needed to be noted. ~2 weeks later my truck is now in the shop and I’m out $2300 after my rear differential plug was not screwed back in correctly and caused the fluid to drain out and my differential to lock up causing damage. Nice people and staff but I cannot in clear mind recommend this place to anyone.

These guys are awesome. I will always go out of my way to use them for any of my services. Kind, quick, informative!

Not recommended for autistics who struggle with navigating new spaces. Went to Kwik Kar for the first time. There’s an arrow pointing you to the back, after which you are expected to know what to do. One person did give me directions after I wandered in, but then another yelled at me for not doing it like they wanted. One extra star for finishing my car fast enough that I could have a meltdown privately in my car instead of having it in their shop. I regret coming here. I wish I would have known better.

Joshua did an incredible job. The service was fast, professional, and very friendly from start to finish. He took care of everything, explained what was needed, and made the whole process easy. Great customer service and a smooth experience — highly recommend!

Been going here for many years. They are always helpful and fast on getting my oil changed. One of their crew went above and beyond and tightened down my coil covers that Nissan missed. Really repaired a problem I was having with what they did. Ok
